Design Review Committee

◊   The Design Review Committee (DRC) is a sub-committee of the Planning Board and is responsible for maintaining consistency of the overall visual aesthetic within the Village of Bronxville.

◊   The committee meets to review and approve sign, awning and other development applications, taking into consideration all aspects of each application.

◊ Committee membership comprises of architects, engineers and designers.

◊ Design Review Committee meets on the first Wednesday of each month unless otherwise noted in the NEWS tab on our Home page.

◊ The meeting is held at 7:30 p.m. 

◊ Both meetings are held in the Trustees Room at Village Hall, 200 Pondfield Road, Bronxville, NY.
