Bronxville Home Page

Senior Citizens of Bronxville, is a not-for-profit organization which provides services and programs to seniors within the 10708 zip code area.   The philosophy of the organization is based on the premise that aging is a normal developmental process; that people need peers with whom they can interact and who are available as a source of encouragement.

Bronxville provides a dynamic community organization that works with older persons, not for them, enabling and facilitating their decisions and their actions.   Katherine Studwell (914) 793-2222, Bronxville's Coordinator, is available on Monday, Wednesday and Thursday from 9:00 am - 4:00 pm to assist you, whether you'd like to become a member, or if you just need information.  If you have an emergency and you can't reach our coordinator, try the Yonkers Office of the Aging (914) 963-2460 or the Eastchester Office for the Aging at (914) 771-3340.

Philanthropy Fund

A small philanthropic fund has been established to give direct assistance to needy older adults in our community.  We have been able to assist with the cost of Meals on Wheels, Bed and Bath, emergency medication and transportation, telephone and gas and electric bills, emergency food packages and other small, one-time grants for specific needs.  Special consideration is given to maintaining privacy in these matters.
