PLEASE NOTE:

Additional family members must reside at the same address as the main permit holder.

GUEST POLICY:

A member may bring a guest for a $25.00 fee.  A guest playing more than twice a season must purchase a permit.

NO REFUNDS ON PADDLE PERMITS

Thank you for choosing to submit and pay for your paddle permit on-line.  This is a two step process.  First you will fill out and the following permit application form.  When the information is complete and you choose to submit you will be directed to the payment site where you can make your on-line payment via credit card (additional service fee).  Your permits will be mailed to you in two business days.
